If you want to talk to someone and hear what they are saying, the 999 BSL app can help you do that. If you are deaf or hard of hearing, you can click on a button to make an emergency call, and the service will connect you to a British Sign Language interpreter working remotely.
You can also call back, which means that if you get an emergency call, you can just click on the button and the service will connect you to a British Sign Language interpreter.
